Stunning sea view, pleasant staff, and comfortable room with a modern bathroom. the location in the garden/at the marina/of the Gulf of XX offers an idyllic and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. the delicious breakfast buffet and the free parking in front of the hotel add convenience to the stay. With the option of a sailing trip nearby, guests can get more pleasure from their visit.
The guests have limited options for dinner in the hotel, but there are better options nearby.

The hotel is in a breathtaking location with stunning views of the sea. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests are well taken care of. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the private parking, which is secure and allows for peace of mind. the breakfast is delicious with fresh bread, fruit, and yogurt available in abundance.
The hotel needs to renovate its rooms as they are outdated and do not offer the level of comfort one expects. the mattresses are squeaky and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep at night.

What a gem of a hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel by the sea and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location right beside the Gulf of Nerezine. The attention to detail was commendable, with rooms offering a terrace or balcony, some even boasting a stunning sea view. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The location was perfect, just in front of a beautiful beach and only a 10-minute drive from the most famous attractions. We also loved the fact that there was a free parking lot right in front of the building, making it very convenient for us to park our car. The rooms were clean, well air-conditioned, and had a very nice view from the balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast and the good water pressure in the showers.
The rooms really need to be renovated as they seemed quite worn out. The bed was uncomfortable and made an annoying squeaky sound every time we moved.
